The invention relates to a drying technique and can be used in drying chambers and other rooms where it is necessary to control the distribution of the flow of hot and cold air through the room.
A device for drying articles placed on horizontal belt conveyors moving in a drying chamber, comprising a pipeline with fresh and heated air intakes, a deflecting plate for controlling the amount of mixed air and fans 1 is known.
A disadvantage of this device is that the flow of fresh and heated air is unevenly distributed over the chamber, which reduces the quality of the drying process.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the drying processes by uniformly distributing the air flow.
This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for drying products placed on horizontal belt conveyors moving in a drying chamber containing a pipeline with fresh and heated air intakes, a deflecting plate for controlling the amount of mixed air and fans according to the invention is installed at the outlet a mixed air centrifugal fan, a second deflection plate of adjustable length, and a fresh air intake equipped with at least one regulator Nitzan shutter, wherein the first deflection plate ustanov.lena in vsasshayuschego zone and the second zone at the discharge pipe of the centrifugal fan.

A device for drying articles placed on horizontal belt conveyors 1 moving in a drying chamber 2, contains a pipeline 3 with air intakes 4 and 5 of fresh and heated air, a deflecting plate 6 for controlling the amount of mixed air and fans. The device additionally contains a centrifugal fan 8 installed at the outlet of the mixed air, a second deflecting plate 9 of adjustable length, and the fresh air inlet 4 is equipped with at least one regulating valve 10, the first deflecting plate 6 being installed in the zone of the aspirating nozzle 11 and the second deflection plate 9 is in the discharge zone of the nozzle 12 of the centrifugal fan 8, the deflecting plates 6 and 9 being jarn-mounted on the same axis 13.
The device works as follows.
Under the action of the fan 7, the flow of the heated air through the air intake 5 of the heated air is directed to the pipeline 3, in which the deflecting plate 6 is divided into two streams, one of which is directed to the drying chamber 2 of the blown product placed on the horizontal belt conveyors 1 in order to remove the maximum amount of water from the products (to dry). Another part of the preheated air flow enters the suction side (s nozzle 11 of the fan 8. At the same time, the fresh air flow under the action of the fan 8 also flows through the fresh air inlet 4 into the suction nozzle 11 of the centrifugal fan 8, the amount of fresh air is regulated by control valves 10. The mixture of preheated and fresh air through the injection nozzle 12 of the centrifugal fan 8 is directed to the drying chamber 2 for further processing of products placed on belt conveyors 1.
By changing the position of the deflecting plates 6 and 9, it is possible to change the ratios of the amounts of fresh and heated air. By increasing the length of the cable by reducing the length of the deflecting plate, they also ensure its location in the drying chamber and the uniform distribution of air flow along horizontal conveyors.
Thus, such an embodiment of the device for drying articles allows improving the quality of the drying processes.

DEVICE FOR DRYING PRODUCTS placed on horizontal belt conveyors moving in a drying chamber, containing a pipeline with fresh and heated air intakes, a deflecting plate for regulating the amount of mixed air and fans, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of drying processes by uniform distribution of air flows, the device further comprises a centrifugal fan mounted at the outlet of the mixed air, the second deflecting plate is adjustable my length, and the fresh air intake is equipped with at least one control damper, the first deflecting plate installed in the suction area, and the second in the area of the discharge pipe of the centrifugal fan.
